  • Who is your visiting athlete?
    Alistair ‘AJ’ Pingram is a former Royal Marines Engineer. He played professional hockey with the Royal Navy before an accident damaged both of his ankles in 2000.
  • An interesting fact about AJ
    He attended his first Invictus Games as a spectator before then being encouraged to try out for the team.
  • Greatest achievement
    He won gold at the Invictus Games in London 2014 against the USA with a score of 19-9 at the Copper Box in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
